School Council

Welcome to our school council area.

Our jobs in school include

  • helping to sort out problems that arise in class, play times or any other time of the school day
  • passing on information and messages about what school council is working on
  • asking questions to help make Fakenham Juntior School an even better school to be part of
  • helping other people
  • make decisions based on whole class discussions

We are always busy and are really making a difference to our school. To name a few things this school year we have had discussions with our classes about playground equipment and signs and where people would like them. New tables/benches and equipment has been bought and the signs are up, they look super! We took part in Anti-Bullying week along with the whole school and carried out a survey. Finally we came up with football rules for the whole school following class discussions.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
