Our School

Welcome from the Headteacher

Welcome to our school website. Hopefully you will find all the information that you require about our school, from performance data and key policies to information about teaching and learning here at FJS. If you require anything else please contact our friendly office staff who will be happy to assist you.

As the only junior school in Fakenham we are the main provider of education for the children in the town between the ages of 7 to 11. We take this responsibility extremely seriously and work hard to ensure that all pupils achieve the best they can. We joined Synergy Multi-Academy Trust in April 2019 along with Fakenham Infant School. We also work with Fakenham Academy Norfolk to ensure the educational journey of the children of Fakenham is the best it can be.

I proudly became Headteacher of Fakenham Junior School in September 2015 and have enjoyed seeing the school grow and develop over the last few years. As with all schools we will continue to strive to improve each day, week, month and year so that the pupils have access to the best possible provision. I am always proud when showing visitors around the school as they comment on the calm, focused classrooms, a testament to our great teachers and support staff.

Enjoy having a look at us online and please call or email if you would like any further information or an opportunity to visit.

Yours sincerely

Adam Mason
