Goshawk - Year 5

Welcome to the skyscapes of Goshawk class, where we soar into our learning and find creative ways to solve tasks and develop our skills in a supportive, encouraging classroom.

We always aim high, and our best is always good enough. We will help you find new skills and knowledge, love books and reading, and know that everyone is different and that’s what makes us special.

We are so lucky to have lots of fascinating topics to explore together in Year 5!

Traveling to Ancient Greece and writing our own exciting, beast-laden quests, will taste breads eaten around the globe and bake our own, and zoom right into space to learn more about the magic of earth and other planets in our galaxy.

Back from the brink of extinction, the goshawk is the ultimate woodland predator. Its wings are tailor-made for weaving through trees and hunting almost anything it outsizes.

So, fly high, ready to get a bird’s eye view of all the scenery Year 5 has to offer with Mrs Beard, Miss Webster, and Mrs Williamson. We aim to find ways to help us all soar!

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
