The Role of Governance

Fakenham Primary Federation currently does not have a governing body; however, we are operating a Monitoring and Development Board to ensure that support and challenge is in place within the decision-making process. Areas of focus for the Board are: -

• Delivery of the curriculum
• Care and safety of the children and staff
• Appointment of staff
